Abstract
شغلت الجرائم ضد األطفال المجتمع الدولي ككل نضرا لمساسها بأسمى الحقوق التي يتمتع بها
الفرد وهي الحق في الحياة والسالمة الجسدية والنفسية وخطورتها تتجسد في التعدي على اضعف شريحة
في جنس االنسان وهو الطفل، مما يأدي الى أضرار وخيمة سواء على المستوى الخص ضحية الجرائم،
أو ألسرته على المستوى عام من خالل االخالل باألمن العام للمجتمع.
ومن أهم االليات وسبل المتاحة لمواجهة هذه الجرائم هي االليات القانونية في تجريم والعقاب مع
ضرورة التطبيق الفعلي لإلجراءات، والمعاهدات والمواثيق الدولية لمكافحة الجرائم الواقعة على الطفل
واتخاذ كل السبل التي تحد من هذه الجرائم مع ضرورة توفير حماية فعلية لألطفال وضرورة مراقبتهم
واالهتمام بشؤونهم والقيام بتوعيتهم وارشادهم الى طرق الوقاية من التعرض الى هذه الجرائم.
نستخلص أن الجرائم الواقعة على األطفال أصبحت ظاهرة تحتاج لتكفل بجهود في شتى الميادين
لصدها ومكافحتها والحيلولة دون وقوعها في حق األطفال الذين ال ذنب لهم سوا أنهم ال يحسنون الدفاع
عن أنفسهم، وال يعرفون التمييز بين ما يضرهم وما ينفعهم.

Abstract :
Crimes against children has been agitating the international community
as it has touches the weakest segments of society <children >, As their right to
live safely.Crimes against children has downsides ; for children on the
specific level , in the other side for his family through riot and disruption
general safe to society،The most important ways and means to fight these
crimes are the legal procedures such as the criminalization and punishment
then the effective implementation of ،theThe most important ways and means

international covenants،To ensure the safety of the children.
Also, it has to educate the children some instructions about how to be
in safe and avoid any kind of crimes that threat them.
Finally, the crimes against children becomes a deep phenomenon that we
should to fight .Also, we have to save the children as possible as we can as
they are just innocent kids whom can't differentiate between what is the
benefits and the harms
