Abstract
تبني المشرع تنفيذ القرارات الادارية عن طريق وسيلتين، اما عن طريق لإدارة بإرادتها المنفردة، ويكون فيها التنفيذ الطوعي و الجبري أو تنفيذ القرارات الادارية عن طريق القضاء، اما عن طريق الدعوى الجنائية أو عن طريق الدعوى المدنية. يجب على المشرع أن يتدارك هذا الموضوع ويجعل له إجراءات خاصة تميزه، وان يسهر على جعل النصوص القانونية تخدم موضوعه وتنظيم علاقة لإدارة والمواطن، وفي مجال احترامها للدستور، ومبدأ المشروعية وتحقيق الغايات الكبرى وهي تحقيق أهداف ومبادئ دولة القانون.
Summary
The legislator adopts the implementation of administrative decisions by two means, either through an administration of its own will, and voluntary and compulsory implementation or implementation of administrative decisions by the judiciary, either by criminal action or by civil action.
