Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الرقمنة وتكنولوجيا التعليم الحديثة في القطاع الجامعي-الواقع والحلول -دراسة عينة من الأساتذة في جامعة المسيلة،حيث اختيار عينة حددت بـــ 40أستاذا من قسمي علوم التسيير وقسم علم الاجتماع بجامعة المسيلة،وقد استخدمنا برنامج الحزم الاحصائيّة للعلوم الاجتماعيّة spss لمعالجة هذه البيانات.
وتوصّلت الدّراسةإلى النتائج النهائية التالية: أنه يتم توفر متطلبات الرقمنة في القطاع الجامعي من وجهة نظر أساتذة جامعة المسيلة؛ كما تبين منالدراسة الميدانية أنه يوجد اهتمام من جامعة المسيلة بتكنولوجيا التعليم الحديثة، وتظهر من جهة أخرى وجود معوقاتلتطبيق الرقمنة وتكنولوجيا التعليم الحديثة في جامعة المسيلة من بينها زيادة الأعباء البيداغوجية لدى الأستاذ من خلال استخدام التعليم الالكتروني مع التعليم التقليدي.

Abstract:
The present study aims to identify the requirements for implementing digitalization and modern educational technology in the university sector—its current state and potential solutions—through a case study involving a sample of professors at the University of M’sila. A sample of 40 professors was selected from the Departments of Management Sciences and Sociology. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the collected data.
The study reached the following key findings: the requirements for digitalization are generally available in the university sector from the perspective of professors at the University of M’sila. The field study also indicated that the university shows interest in modern educational technology. However, the results also highlighted several obstacles to implementing digitalization and educational technology, notably the increased pedagogical workload on professors due to the simultaneous use of e-learning alongside traditional teaching methods.
