| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : بالعربية: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية، وكذا في إمكانية وجود فروق في كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية حسب متغيرات الدراسة (الدرجة العلمية، الأقدمية في التدريس)، وذلك على عينة تكونت من (14) أستاذا، اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، وانتهج الطالب الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أما فيما يخص أدوات الدراسة فقد استخدم مقياس مكون من (49) فقرة، موزعة على 4 محاور، ثم الاستجابة عن هذه المحاور من خلال مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، و اعتمد الباحث في معالجته على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائيةSPSS . وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي : - مستوى كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية كان مرتفع. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية (أستاذ محاضر أ، أستاذ التعليم العالي). - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية في التدريس (أقل من 5 سنوات، من5 إلى 10سنوات، أكثر من 10سنوات). عنوان الدراسة : كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية أهداف الدراسة :. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى: - التعرف على مستوى كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية. - التعرف على كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية . معرفة الفروق في كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس وفقًا المتغيرات الدراسة (الدرجة العلمية– الأقدمية في التدريس) التساؤل العام الدراسة: هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية؟ التساؤلات الجزئية: - ما مستوى كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية؟. - هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تعزى إلى متغير الدرجة العلمية (أستاذ محاضر؛ أستاذ التعليم العالي)؟ - هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تعزى إلى متغيرالاقدمية في التدريس من (أقل من 5 سنوات، من 5 - 10 سنوات؛ أكثر من 10 سنوات )؟ الفرضية العامة للدراسة: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية. الفرضيات الجزئية - مستوى كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية مرتفع. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تعزى إلى متغير الدرجة العلمية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تعزى إلى متغير الأقدمية في التدريس. المنهج المتبع في الدراسة : الوصفي التحليلي. الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة استمارة استبيان الكلمات المفتاحية بالعربية: الكفاية- التعليم الإلكتروني – عضو هيئة التدريس . جاء هذا البحث في فصول: جاء هذا البحث في فصول: - الجانب المنهجي: ويشمل: الفصـــل الأول : ( الإطار العام للبحث ). - الجانـب الـنظري: ويشمل - الفصل الثاني: كفايات التعليم الإلكتروني. - الفصل الثالث: أعضاء هيئة التدريس. - الجانب الـتطـبـيقي: ويشمل - الفصل الرابع: خصصه الباحث لعرض منهجية الدراسة من عينة وأدوات بحث ومعالجة إحصائية - الفصل الخامس لعرض و تحليل ومناقشة النتائج - الفصل السادس الخاص الاستنتاجات والاقتراحات. من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث : - مستوى كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية مرتفع. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تعزى إلى متغير الدرجة العلمية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كفايات التعليم الالكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تعزى إلى متغير الأقدمية في التدريس. أهم التوصيات: - يجب على الباحثين القيام بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث لمعرفة الصعوبات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس في منصات التعليم الإلكتروني. The results of the study showed the following: - The level of e-learning competencies among faculty members at Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities was high. - There are no statistically significant differences in e-learning competencies among faculty members at Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities attributed to the academic degree variable (Lecturer A, Professor of Higher Education). - There are no statistically significant differences in e-learning competencies among faculty members at the Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities attributed to the variable of seniority in teaching (less than 5 years, from 5 to 10 years, more than 10 years).
