Abstract
تعالج هذه الدراسة دور حركات الإسلام السياسي في عملية التحول الديمقراطي في المنطقة العربية بعد الثورات العربية، أين برزت كقوة سياسية تمكنت من الوصول إلى السلطة بعد سنوات من التهميش والإقصاء، مع التركيز على حالة " حركة النهضة" التونسية التي استطاعت أن تحقق النجاح النسبي وإرساء تجربة فريدة في العمل السياسي في تونس باجتيازها المرحلة الانتقالية ونجاحها في اجتياز عدة محطات انتخابية رغم التحديات والانتقادات الموجهة إليها. وعليه تمحورت الإشكالية حول:
كيف ساهمت حركات الإسلام السياسي في الدفع بمسار التحول الديمقراطي في المنطقة العربية وفي تونس خصوصا في ظل موجة التحولات التي شهدتها المنطقة العربية؟
بينت الدراسة أن حركات الإسلام السياسي ساهمت في الدفع بمسار التحول الديمقراطي من خلال مشاركتها في الحياة السياسية في العديد من الدول العربية وخاصة في تونس، باستخدامها الأدوات الديمقراطية في ظل انفتاح الأنظمة على الديمقراطية.
خلصت الدراسة أن دور حركات الإسلام السياسي يرتبط بتعاملها مع الأنظمة الحاكمة والقوى السياسية. كما يعتمد مسار وتطور أو ضعف حركات الإسلام السياسي على طبيعة النظام السياسي ونظرته إليها حيث توجد ثلاث سيناريوهات محتملة الإقصاء أو الاستبعاد، الاحتواء والاستيعاب، الصعود ومواصلة الانخراط في العملية السياسية.
Abstract
This study deals with the role of political Islam movements in the process of democratization in the Arab region after the Arab revolutions, where they emerged as a political force that managed to gain power after years of marginalization and exclusion with a focus on the case of the Tunisian Ennahda Movement, which was able to achieve relative success and establish a unique experience. With regard to political work in Tunisia, by passing the transitional phase and succeeding in passing several electoral stages despite the challenges and criticisms directed at it, and therefore the problem centered around:
How did the political Islam movements contribute to pushing the path of democratic transformation in the Arab region and in Tunisia, especially in light of the waves of transformations that the Arab region has witnessed?
The study showed that the political Islam movements contributed to advancing the path of democratic transformation through their participation in political life in many Arab countries, especially in Tunisia, by using democratic tools in light of the openness of regimes to democracy.
The study concluded that the role of political Islam movements is related to their dealings with the ruling regimes and political forces, and also depends on the path, development, or weakness of political Islam movements on the nature of the political system and its perception of it, as there are three possible scenarios: exclusion, containment, assimilation or rise and continuing to engage in The political process.
