Abstract
يعتبر إقليم الباسك أحد الأقاليم التي تسعى لتحقيق استقلالها من خلال تفككه عن الدولة الإسبانية، باعتباره يتمتع بكل المقومات لبناء دولة قائمة بذاتها. واجه الإقليم رفض الحكومة المركزية مبررة هذه الأخيرة أنه جزء منها حيث سعت لتطويقها بكل الوسائل.
كانت الحرب الأهلية الإسبانية 1936-1939 والتي اندلعت داخل إقليم الباسك تحديدًا جيرنيكا بمثابة حدث تاريخي ومنعرج حاسم،إذ عاش على إثرها الإقليم أصعب مراحله.بدأت سياسات القمع والعنف ضد الإقليم ومحاولة تجريده من كل الامتيازات والحقوق.
حتى على المستوى الإقليمي كانت هناك سياسات لعرقلة طموحات الإقليم والتي إنتهجها كل من الإتحاد الأوربي وفرنسا. على أثر هذه الضغوطات أصبح الإقليم يعيش حالة تمزق؛ بين مواجهة كل هذه الضغوطات والتصدي لها، أو التفكير بعقلانية حول انعكاساتها الوخيمة على شعب الباسك.
The Basque region is one of The regions That seeks independence through its dissolution of The Spanish state, as it has all The mens to build a state in Its own right.The region faced the rejection of the central goverment,jusfiled as part of it where it sought to surround it by all means.
The spanish civeil war,which broke out within Basque in particular in the city of Garnica,was the most important historical event and de cisive passage,as the region lived the most difficult stanges. The policies of repression and violence against The province have begun and an attemt is being made to deprive it of all privileges and rights.
Even at the regional Level There been policies to block the regions anbitions pursued by Evand France.
As a result of These pressures,The region is in a state of rupture, Between confronting all These pressures and confronting Then or Thinking rationally about their dire repercussions on The Basque people.
