| dc.description.abstract | مما الشك فيه أن في األو نة األخيرة يشهد العالم تقدما علميا تكنولوجيا هائال, وذالك في جميع مجاالت الحياة المختلفة, ويعتبر الذكاء االصطناعي من أهم اثأر التكنولوجيا الحديثة وفي هذا اإلطار فالجميع بات مدركا تمام اإلدراك مدي تأثير الذكاء االصطناعي على حياة اإلنسان في العديد من الجوانب , التي تترتب عليها مخاطر جديدة , بينما تتزايد مشاركة تقنيات الذكاء االصطناعي في عمليات اتخاذ القرار في العديد من المجاالت , فان هذا األمر يثير العديد من القضايا والتحديات والتداعيات , لعل أهمها المسؤولية القانونية لهذه التقنيات عن األضرار والجرائم التي يمكن أن تسببها . summary : There is no doubt that in recent times the world is witnessing tremendous scientific and technological progress, in all different areas of life, and artificial intelligence is considered one of the most important effects of modern technology. In this context, everyone has become fully aware of the extent of the impact of artificial intelligence on human life in many aspects, which entails new risks. While the participation of artificial intelligence technologies in decision-making processes in many fields is increasing, this raises many issues, challenges and repercussions. Perhaps the most important of these is the legal responsibility of these technologies for the damages and crimes they may cause. | |
