Abstract

country, especially after the recent publication of an investment law that included a broad
approach to investment, the content of which is to give the greatest importance to foreign
investment and to link inward investment to priority. the realization of added value

Our choice of a topic related to the new legal and judicial guarantees of the new
investment law comes as a contribution to the promotion of scientific research at the master's
level in axes that have already begun to attract the acceptance and consent of foreign capital
after it was confirmed to them that the public authorities have adopted the option of
establishing a new business environment that protects the investor and gives him the freedom
to its capital and income (recycling or transfer in accordance with internationally recognized
banking controls).
In addition to patent protection, facilitating the filing of investment projects through the
digital platform, transforming the National Investment Promotion Agency into an Algerian
agency that opens its doors to foreign investment, and setting up two new mechanisms, the
High National Appeal Commission and specialized commercial courts, while giving the
foreign investor the right to use alternative dispute resolution methods represented in
arbitration, conciliation and mediation.
