| dc.description.abstract | ملخص المطبوعة تعد مهارات الاتصال من اللبنات الجوهرية التي يقوم عليها علم وممارسة العلاقات العامة فهي تمثل الوسيط الحيوي الذي من خلاله تنقل الأفكار وتبادل المعلومات وبناء الفهم المشترك بين المؤسسات وجماهيرها المختلفة،إن الاتصال في جوهره ليس مجرد عملية فنية تتمثل في إرسال رسالة واستقبالها بل هو سلوك اجتماعي مركب يتضمن مجموعة من العناصر النفسية والاجتماعية والثقافية التي تجعل منه أداة فاعلة في التأثير والإقناع وتكوين الانطباعات. ABSTRACT Communication skills constitute one of the essential foundations upon which the science and practice of public relations are built. They serve as the vital medium through which ideas are conveyed, information is exchanged, and mutual understanding is established between institutions and their various audiences. At its core, communication is not merely a technical process of sending and receiving messages; rather, it is a complex social behavior that involves a set of psychological, social, and cultural elements that make it an effective tool for influence, persuasion, and the formation of impressions. | |
