| dc.description.abstract | تعالج هذه الدراسة أحد القضايا الهامة كون موضوع التهديدات البيئية وتأثيرها على الأمن البيئي تزداد أهمية لما تشكله من خطر على الإنسانية وكذا الحاجة المفرطة و المتزايدة للطاقة الأحفورية بالنسبة لاقتصاديات الدول الصناعية التي أصبحت تتسبب في الكثير من المشاكل البيئية وتهدد الامن البيئي العالمي بشكل كبير ، حيث خصصت إشكالية الدراسة كالآتي : كيف يمكن أن ينعكس اللاتكافؤ الاقتصادي بين دول الشمال و الجنوب في عرقلة و تأخير مسار المفاوضات البيئية الدولية و بالتالي التأثير على مسار تحقيق الامن البيئي العالمي ؟ ومن خلال تحليل فصول الدراسة اتضح أن استغلال الدول الكبرى لكل الطرق القانونية و غير القانونية للاستحواذ على مناطق تواجد الموارد الطبيعية و كذا سماح الدول النامية لهذه الدول الحصول على المواد الخام ساهم بشكل كبير في تهديد الأمن البيئي الإنساني و العالمي و كذا تحميل أعباء هذه التهديدات للدول المتخلفة على الرغم من أن المتسبب الرئيسي و الأكبر هو دول الشمال . الكلمات المفتاحية : الأمن البيئي ، التلوث البيئي ، اقتصاديات دول الشمال و الجنوب . Abstract : This study deals with one of the important issues that the topic of environmental threats and their impact on environmental security is becoming more and more important due to the danger they pose to humanity as well as the excessive and increasing need for fossil energy for the economies of industrialized countries that have become caussing many environmental problems and threatening global environmental security significantly . The problem of the study is devoted as follows : How can the North and the South be reflected in obstructing and delaying the course of international environmental negatiations and thus affecting the path of achieving global environmental security ? through the analysis of the chapters of the study , it became clear that the major countries exploit all legal and illegal methods to acquire the areas of natural resources , as well as the developing countries allow these countries to obtain raw materials it contributed greatly to threatening human and global environmental security as well as burdening these threats to underdeveloped countries , although the main culprit and the biggest is the northern countries .
