| dc.description.abstract | إهتمت التشريعات المقارنة بما فيها التشريع الجزائري، بحماية المستهلك في العقد الإلكترونـي، باعتبار أنه يمثـل الطرف الأضعف في العملية التعاقدية، وبما أن القواعد العامة في التشريعات المدنية لـم تـوفر له الحماية الكافية، نجد أن المشرع الجزائري قد أقر مجموعة من الوسائل المستحدثة لحمايته عبر مختلف مراحل بلورة العقد عن طريق إقرار قوانين خاصة تنظم معاملاته الإلكترونية و تساهم في ضمان محيط آمن له.Comparative legislation, including the Algerian legislation,has been concerned with consumer protection in the electronic contract, considering that he represents the weakest party in the contractual process, and since the general rules in civil legislation have not provided him with adequate protection, we find that the Algerian legislator has approved a set of new means to protect him through various stages of the development of the contract by adopting special laws regulating his electronic transactions and contributing to ensuring a safe environment for him. | en_US |
