| dc.description.abstract | سياسة التخطيط اإلقليمي في الجزائر مر ت عبر مراحل مختلفة وفترات زمنية طويلة لكل منها خصائصها و تأثيراتها، أدواتها و و سائلها الخاصة، بعد االستقالل انتهجت الجزائر إستراتيجية تنموية باالعتماد على المخططات التنموية مرتكزة على التخطيط المركزي قائمة على قطاع التصنيع منتهج ة النهج االشتراكي، هدفها تحقيق التوازن الجهوي واالستجابة للحاجات االجتماعية األكثر استعجاال ، لكن بحلول التسعينات شهدت الجزائر عدة تحوالت وإصالحات، وواجه تحديات عدة منها األزمة االقتصادية، التوجه نحو االقتصاد الحر والتخلي عن نمط التخطيط المركزي وتبني رؤية جديدة للتخطيط اإلقليمي والتنمية المستدامة حيث رسمت الدولة خطة وطنية ترجمت في المخطط الوطني لتهيئة اإلقليم. SUMMARY Reginoal planning policy in algeria passed through different stages and long periods of time, each of which ha dits own characteristics, effects tool and means . After independence, algaria pursued a developpment strategy based on developpment plans, bassed on central planning and based on the manufactring sector, adopting the socialist approach.its goal was to achieve regional balance and respond to the most urgent social needs. However , bay the 1990s,algeria witnessed seval transformations and reforms,including the economic crist, the move towards a free economy ,abandoning the central planning model, and adopting a new vison for regional and sustainabel devlopment,as the state drew up a national plan that was inclued in the national plan for devloping the region. | |
