Abstract
Artificial intelligence has gained momentum in today’s high-tech world, it's
only a matter of time before artificial intelligence starts producing brilliant
inventions without human intervention, and this raises the question of what
intellectual property rights need to be protected within artificial intelligence, this
also leads to questioning traditional concepts such as patents and copyright, as well
as the inevitable challenges from a global perspective on this issue.
