| dc.description.abstract | إن الفكرة الأساسية التي يتمحور حولها الموضوع هي أن الأمن الإنساني ساهم بروزه العديد من العوامل إلا أنه عرف اختلاف في الرؤى التي تناولت المفهوم سواء ماتعلق بالرؤى المختلفة لكل من المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية والدول ،كما نجد أن التدخل الإنساني في إطار منظمة الأمم المتحدة عرف بعض النجاحات في المقابل فشلت في الكثير من المواطن مما أسهم في خلق العديد من التحديات التي حالت دون قدرة الأمم المتحدة على تكريس مبدأ التدخل الإنساني The basic idea that the issue is centered is that human security has contributed to the emergence of many factors,but the has knouns a difference in the visions that dealt with the concept, whether it is related to the visions of regional and international organization and the visions of countries ,and we find that the humanitarian intervention within the framework of the united nations has known some successes in return failed many of the cases contributed to the creation of many challenges that prevented their ability to devote humanitarian intervention. | en_US |
