Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على درجة النمو النفس اجتماعي لدى المراهقين المتعاطين للمخدرات من خلال التركيز على كيفية تموضعهم بين الأقطاب الإيجابية والسلبية وفهم طبيعة الازمات التي مرو بها في المراحل النمائية الخمس الأولى، خاصة المرحلة الخامسة المرتبطة بتكوين الهوية باعتبارها أساس التحولات (النفسية والسلوكية والانفعالية وحتى الاجتماعية) التي يمر بها المراهق ومدخل لفهم سلوك التعاطي كمظهر من مظاهر فشل تجاوز الازمة
ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قمنا باتباع منهج دراسة حالة وبالاعتماد على ست (06) حالات من المراهقين المتعاطين، وتم اختيار العينة بناء على الحالات المتوفرة والتي تتوافق مع شروط الدراسة.
وتم استخدام مقياس النمو النفس اجتماعي للأنا لهاولي والذي قام الغامدي بإعادة حساب خصائصه السيكومترية على البيئة العربية وقد أظهرت النتائج ما يلي:
-درجة الأقطاب الإيجابية للنمو النفس اجتماعي لدى حالات الدراسة-المراهقين المتعاطين للمخدرات-منخفضة.
-درجة الأقطاب السلبية للنمو النفس اجتماعي لدى حالات الدراسة-المراهقين المتعاطين للمخدرات-مرتفعة.
-درجة حل ازمة النمو النفس اجتماعي لدى حالات الدراسة -المراهقين المتعاطين للمخدرات-منخفضة.
Study Summary
Psychosocial Development Among Adolescent Drug Users: A Field Study on a Sample of Adolescent Drug Users in M’sila Province
The aim of this study was to identify the level of psychosocial development among adolescent drug users by focusing on how they position themselves between positive and negative poles, and by understanding the nature of the crises they experienced during the first five developmental stages—particularly the fifth stage related to identity formation. This stage is considered the foundation for psychological, behavioral, emotional, and even social transformations that adolescents undergo, and it serves as a key to understanding drug use behavior as a manifestation of unresolved developmental crises.
To achieve this goal, the researchers adopted a case study approach and relied on a sample of six adolescent drug users. The sample was selected based on the available cases that met the study criteria.
The study used the Psychosocial Development Scale developed by Tahaoui and adapted to the Arab environment by Al-Ghamdi, who recalculated its psychometric properties.
The results revealed the following:
The level of positive poles of psychosocial development among the adolescent drug users in the study sample was low.
The level of negative poles of psychosocial development among the same group was high.
The level of crisis resolution in psychosocial development among the adolescent drug users was low
