| dc.description.abstract | The research dealt with one of the most important topics in criminal law at the present time. As a result of the superior scientific development, new crimes have been created that had to be attempted. Confronting by all means, among those modern scientific methods that were used in researching and investigation crimes, whether traditional or modern crimes, was what is now known as digital evidence. The main goal of using these means is to facilitate the task of uncovering the perpetrators and arriving at the truth. Judicial research, as prepared in this research, aims to demonstrate the probative value of digital evidence digital forgrprinting, which is the lastest development in the modern era, and the extent to which this digital evidence is given the status of legitimacy and the extent of its appreciation and acceptability by the criminal judge to rely on it in forming his conviction and them ruling to convict or acquit. | |
