| dc.description.abstract | شهدت الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني (1518-1830م) الكثير من التغيرات التي مست جميع الجوانب وخصوصا الجانب الثقافي الذي هو موضوع دراستي، تراوح بين التراجع تارة والانتعاش تارة أخرى وهذا تماشيا مع الأحداث التي شهدتها البلاد. وتعتبر فترة أواخر العهد العثماني القرن (18م) فترة انتعاش ثقافي، وهذا بسبب ظروف وعوامل سبق ذكرها والتي من بينها تشجيع بعض البايات لحركة التأليف، وهكذا نشطت المؤلفات الجزائرية أواخر الفترة العثمانية خصوصا الشرعية منها والتي تميزت بالكثرة والتنوع. الكلمات المفتاحية: التأليف النقلية – العلوم الشرعية – أواخر الفترة العثمانية – الجزائر. الملخص بالإنجليزية: Abstract During the Ottoman era (1518-1830 AD), Algeria witnessedmanybeginningsthataffected all of them, especially the cultural aspect, whichis the subject of mystudy.It connects between heaven at times and recovery at times, and this is in line with the events that the country witnessed.
