    سُبُل تعزيز الأمن اللّغويّ والمُواطنة اللُّغويَّة في زمن العولمة -أضواء وملاحظات-

    ملخص: يجتهد هذا البحث في رصد قضايا متعددة ، و متداخلة ، وتكتسي أهمية بالغة في زمننا الراهن،فهو يدرس قضايا المُواطنة اللغوية، ويبحث عن سُبُل توطيد قيم الهويّة الثّقافيّة ،وتعزيز الأمن اللّغويّ في زمن العولمة، وذلك من وجهات نظر متعددة،لعل أبرزها رؤى اللّسانيات الاجتماعية ،أو علم الاجتماع اللّغوي،الذي ينهض على أساس مستخلصات العلوم اللّسانية ،واللغوية من جانب، ويقوم على بعض أسس العلوم الاجتماعية من جانب آخر، والتي هي الدراسة العلمية للبنية الاجتماعية،التي تتكون من المؤسسات الاجتماعية، والجماعات، وهو يُعول على الالتقاء بينهما،فاللسانيات الاجتماعية تنطلق من التأكيد على أن المشكلات اللغوية تتصل اتصالاً وثيقا بالمشكلات الاجتماعية،ولذلك هناك من يضم علم اللغة إلى العلوم الاجتماعية،فوجود اللغة من وجود المجتمع،فهي مؤسسة اجتماعيّة،وتأسيسها يرجع إلى المجتمع،والإنسان،ووظيفة اللغة التخاطب،والتواصل،وإقامة الصلات مع الجهات الاجتماعية،فهناك تداخل بين اللسانيات،وعلم الاجتماع، لذلك تركز اللّسانيات الاجتماعية على تأثيرات اللّغة في المجتمع، وتأثيرات المجتمع في اللّغة من خلال جملة من القضايا،وثمة دراسات كثيرة تندرج في إطار علم اللغة الاجتماعي، وتسلّط الضوء على الخصائص الكلية للاتصال الإنساني، ومن ذلك:بنية الحديث،والمحادثة،ودور اللغة في المجتمع الذي لم يعد يقتصر على علماء اللغة،وعلماء الاجتماع فقط،بل تناوله كذلك علماء النفس،وقد أعطى علماء اللغة اللسانيات الاجتماعية الدور الأكبر لاكتشاف جملة من القوانين الاجتماعية، التي تنهض على تحديد سلوك المجموعات اللغوية التي تستعمل لُغة محددة( ).     شبكات التّواصل وتأثيرها في اللُّغة العربية -دراسة لسانيّة اجتماعيّة لنماذج من كتابات الشباب – Les Réseaux Et Leur Impact Sur La Langue Arabe

    ملخص: تنصرف العلاقة بين اللّغة ،والشباب في كثير من جوانبها إلى ما يُعرف باللسانيات الاجتماعيّة، فقد نجم عن ممارسات الشّباب اللّغوية جملة من القضايا المتّصلة بالانحراف اللّغوي، أو ما يُعرف عند بعض المنظرين بالتلوّث اللّغوي، كما أن العلاقة بين اللغة،والشباب لم تعد حكراً على علماء اللغة،وعلماء الاجتماع فقط، بل إنها أضحت موضوع دراسة، ومعالجة من لدن علماء النفس،وعلماء التربية، ولذلك فدراسة لغة الشباب المعاصر لها صلة وثيقة باللسانيات النفسية ، واللسانيات التربوية كذلك. ومن أجل الإحاطة بهذه القضيّة التي لم تنل حظها من الدّراسة، والبحث ،والتحليل ،فإننا نتوخى في هذا البحث، رصد، ووصف طبيعة اللغة التي يستخدمها الشّباب العربي،عن طريق مقاربة واقع، وخصائص،ومستويات هذه اللّغة، بغرض إبراز الخصائص الأساسيّة التي تشكّلت منها، وتبيين مستوياتها المختلفة، والمتعدّدة، بصفتها خطاباً عصرياً شكّل ظاهرة تكتسي أهمّية بالغة،نجمت في أغلب جوانبها عن التّقدم التّقني، الذي أقام علاقة وشيجة بين جيل الشّباب، والأجهزة الحديثة التي تُطبّق برامج تواصل للمخاطبة في أشكال متباينة، ونبتغي من خلال دراستنا تحليل نماذج مختلفة من كتابات الشّباب المعاصر في وسائل التّواصل الاجتماعي،فقد حرصنا في تحليلنا على انتقاء كتابات متنوّعة من حيث المستوى الثّقافي، والعلمي،إذ يهدف البحث إلى رصد مظاهر الخليط اللّغوي،وإيضاح ملامح التّنوع، والثّنائية، والازدواجيّة اللّغوية في لغة الشّباب المعاصر. Abstract: The relationship between language and young people in many respects has become known as social linguistics. The linguistic practices of youth have resulted in a number of issues related to linguistic perversion, or what are known by some linguists, and the relationship between language and youth is no longer confined to scholars Language, and sociologists only, but it has become the subject of study, and treatment of psychologists, and educators, and therefore the study of the language of contemporary youth are closely related to the psychological tongues, educational linguistics as well. In order to address this issue which has not been studied, research and analysis, we aim to monitor and describe the nature of the language used by the Arab youth through an approach to the reality, characteristics and levels of this language. , And the identification of different levels, and multiple, as a modern discourse form of a phenomenon of great importance, resulted in most aspects of the technical progress, which established a relationship and a link between the young generation, and modern devices that implement communication programs to address in different forms, and we seek through our analysis of different models Of writings Contemporary youth in social media, we have been keen in our analysis on the selection of the writings of variety in terms of the cultural level, and scientific, as research aims to monitor aspects of the mixture of language, and to clarify the features of diversity, bilateral linguistic duality in the contemporary youth language. Résumé: La relation entre la langue et les jeunes à de nombreux égards est connue sous le nom de linguistique sociale. Les pratiques linguistiques des jeunes ont engendré un certain nombre de problèmes liés à la perversion linguistique, ou à ce que certains linguistes connaissent, et la relation entre la langue et les jeunes ne se limite plus aux chercheurs. Langage et sociologues uniquement, mais il fait maintenant l’objet d’études et de traitements de psychologues et d’éducateurs. L’étude du langage des jeunes contemporains est donc étroitement liée aux langues psychologiques, ainsi qu’à la linguistique pédagogique. Afin de traiter ce problème qui n’a pas été étudié, recherché et analysé, notre objectif est de surveiller et décrire la nature de la langue utilisée par la jeunesse arabe à travers une approche de la réalité, des caractéristiques et des niveaux de cette langue. Et l'identification de différents niveaux, et multiples, en tant que forme discursive moderne d'un phénomène d'une grande importance, a eu pour résultat la plupart des aspects du progrès technique, qui a établi une relation et un lien entre la jeune génération et les dispositifs modernes qui mettent en œuvre des programmes de communication pour traiter de différentes formes, et nous recherchons à travers l'analyse de différents modèles D'écrits jeunesse contemporaine dans les médias sociaux, nous avons tenu à notre analyse sur la sélection des écrits de variété en termes de niveau culturel et scientifique, la recherche a pour but de surveiller les aspects du mélange de la langue, et de préciser les caractéristiques de la diversité, la dualité linguistique bilatérale dans la langue de la jeunesse contemporaine.
