Item Open Access دور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلبة معهد النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة المسيلة(Mohamed Boudiaf University of M'Sila, 2025) سيلم ، مراد; Supervisor : بورنان ، خليلالملخص : بالعربية(عبارة عن فقرة): تهدف الدّراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة دعم حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في تطوير الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلبة جامعة المسيلة وبالأخص طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات نشاطات البدنية والرياضية بالمسيلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة تّم تطبيق استمارة استبيان تم إعداده خصيصا لهذا الغرض، على عيّنة قوامها (40) طالب من طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات نشاطات البدنية والرياضية بالمسيلة، وتم التوصل إلى النّتائج التّالية : - لحاضنات الأعمال الجامعية دور في دعم الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات نشاطات البدنية والرياضية بحامعة المسيلة - تشكل البيداغوجيا دور في دعم الفكر المقاولاتي. - تعتبر دار المقاولاتية أليه فعالة في تطوير الفكر المقاولاتي. عنوان الدراسة : دور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلبة معهد النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة المسيلة أهداف الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور حاضنات الأعمال الناجحة لدعم الفكر المقاولاتي في الوسط الجامعي عامة وفي الطالب الجامعي بالمعهد خاصة وتتجلى هاته الأهداف فيما يلي: - التأكيد على الدور الهام والحيوي الذي يجب أن تلعبه الجامعة عامة والمعهد خاصة في نشر الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلابه. -التأكيد على أهمية تطوير الفكر المقاولاتي في توجيه فكر الطالب الجامعي إلى المقاولة ومحاكاة روح المقاولاتية فيه. التأكيد على أهمية المشاريع المقاولاتية لدى خريجي طلبة جامعة المسيلة في خلق فرص عمل وامتصاص البطالة. - التأكيد على فعالية مشاريع خريجي طلبة الجامعة مقارنة بمشاريع الفئة غير المثقفة من الشباب. - التأكيد على أن هناك آليات فعالة تساهم في تنمية وترفيه وتطوير الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلبة الجامعة. التساؤل العام الدراسة : هل لحاضنات الأعمال الجامعية دور في دعم الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات نشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة المسيلة ؟. التساؤلات الجزئية : 1 -هل للبيداغوجيا دور و دعم فعال الفكر المقاولاتي ؟ 2 -هل لدار المقاولاتية دعم فعال في تطوير الفكر المقاولاتي ؟ الفرضية العامة للدراسة : لحاضنات الأعمال الجامعية دور كبير في دعم الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات نشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة بالمسيلة الفرضيات الجزئية 1- تشكل البيداغوجيا آلية دعم ناجعة لتطوير الفكر المقاولاتي. 2- تعتبر دار المقاولاتية أليه دعم فعالة لتطوير الفكر المقاولاتي. المنهج المتبع في الدراسة : تشتمل دراستنا على متغيرين رئيسيين هما: حاضنات الأعمال كمتغير مستقل، والفكر المقاولاتي كمتغير تابع، و عليه اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الذي يلاءم موضوع البحث . الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على وسائل تخدم الموضوع الذي تطرقنا إليه وهو الاستبيان جاء هذا البحث في فصول . الفصل الأول:. تضمن الإطار العام للدراسة ويحتوي على إشكالية الدراسة، فرضيات الدراسة، أهمية الدراسة، أهداف الدراسة، تحديد مفاهيم ومصطلحات الدراسة، الدراسات السابقة. وتناول الفصل الثاني : المقاولاتية، الفكر المقاولاتي، المقاول، خصائصه، مهاراته، دار المقاولاتية أماالفصل الثالث. : يحتوي على حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية الفصل الرابع: يحتوي على منهج الدراسة، الدراسة الاستطلاعية، أدوات جمع البيانات والمعلومات عينة الدراسة، الأدوات الإحصائية المستخدمة في الدراسة أما الفصل الخامس: يحتوي على عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج أما الفصل السادس: الاستنتاجات والاقتراحات، الاستنتاج العام، الاقتراحات والتوصيات المستقبلية من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث : - تحققت الفرضية العامة التي تنص على لحاضنات الأعمال الجامعية دور في تطوير الفكر المقاولاتي لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات نشاطات البدنية والرياضية بالمسيلة. - تحققت الفرضية الأولى التي تنص على تشكل البيداغوجيا آلية ناجعة لنشر الفكر المقاولاتي. - تحققت الفرضية الثانية التي تنص على تعتبر دار المقاولاتية أليه فعالة لنشر الفكر المقاولاتي. أهم التوصيات: الاهتمام بالفكر الإبداعي للطالب عن طريق القيام بملتقيات وأيام دراسية يعبر من خلالها عن طموحاته وآرائه. -تكثيف الدورات التكوينية ومختلف الأنشطة المتعلقة بمجال المقاولة التنسيق بين الجامعة والمؤسسات الخارجية والسعي لاستقطاب الطلبة عبر مواقف تحفيزية وإحضار أشخاص ناجحين لمشاركة تحريتهم. -التنسيق بين الجامعة وجهات خارجية لكي يتسنى للطالب أخذ الخبرة وبالتالي يستطيع في المستقبل تكوين مشاريع ناجحة. - ضرورة مرافقة الطلبة حاملي الشهادات بشكل دائم ومستمر. على دار المقاولاتية أن تقوم بتقديم المساعدات الطلبة بشتى أنواعها وتوعيتهم بأهمية العمل المقاولاتي. ضرورة تكثيف الأيام الدراسية والملتقيات في الجامعة بشكل يعزز لدى الطلبة الرغبة في إنشاء مشاريع مصغرة Search light in English Faculty Institute of Sciences and Sports and Technical and Physical Activities Department: Order No: Sports Management and Administration............. Summary: The current study aims to examine the nature of support provided by university business incubators in developing entrepreneurial thinking among students at the University of M'sila, particularly students of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities at M'sila. To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire specifically designed for this purpose was applied to a sample of 40 students from the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities at M'sila. The following results were obtained: University business incubators play a role in supporting entrepreneurial thinking among students at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities at the University of M'sila. Pedagogy plays a role in supporting entrepreneurial thinking. The Entrepreneurship House is considered an effective mechanism in developing entrepreneurial thinking. Title of the study:.. The purpose of the study: This study aims to explore the role of successful business incubators in supporting entrepreneurial thinking in the university environment in general, and specifically among students at the Institute. The objectives of the study are as follows: To emphasize the important and vital role that universities, in general, and the Institute, in particular, should play in spreading entrepreneurial thinking among their students. To highlight the importance of developing entrepreneurial thinking in guiding university students toward entrepreneurship and instilling the entrepreneurial spirit in them. To stress the significance of entrepreneurial projects among graduates of the University of M'sila in creating job opportunities and addressing unemployment. To confirm the effectiveness of entrepreneurial projects by university graduates compared to projects of the uneducated youth population. To assert that there are effective mechanisms that contribute to nurturing, promoting, and developing entrepreneurial thinking among university students. Problem: Therefore, the university plays a decisive and important role in guiding students towards the field of entrepreneurship and private work, instilling the spirit and culture of entrepreneurship, and influencing the entrepreneurial orientations of students. As a result, entrepreneurship is seen as a viable and attractive career alternative. Thus, universities are now regarded as key responsible entities in training successful and capable entrepreneurs. Given the widespread unemployment among university graduates and Algeria’s need to diversify its economy through the establishment of successful small and medium enterprises, it became necessary to emphasize the urgent need to spread entrepreneurial thinking within university environments through business incubators. This involves enhancing the university’s role in guiding students to realize the importance of creating their own projects, simulating the spirit of entrepreneurship, breaking free from the constraints of public sector employment, combating the threat of unemployment, and contributing to the achievement of social and economic support . Hypotheses: 1- University business incubators play a significant role in supporting entrepreneurial thinking among students at the Institute of Sports Science and Physical Activities at the University of M'sila. 2 - .. Pedagogy forms an effective support mechanism for developing entrepreneurial thinking. 3- The Entrepreneur ship House is considered an effective tool for supporting the development of entrepreneurial thinking. - The most important results achieved are: * The general hypothesis, which states that university business incubators play a role in developing entrepreneurial thinking among students at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in M'sila, has been confirmed. * The first hypothesis, which states that pedagogy is an effective tool for spreading entrepreneurial thinking, has been confirmed. * The second hypothesis, which states that the entrepreneurship house is an effective mechanism for spreading entrepreneurial thinking, has been confirmed.
