    اسهامات منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية "دراسة ميدانية بالرابطات الرياضية لولاية المسيلة"

    الملخص: بالعربية(عبارة عن فقرة ): هدفت هذه الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف اسهامات منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية " دراسة ميدانية بالرابطات الرياضية لولاية المسيلة " ولأجل تحقيق هذه الهداف اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وبعد التحقق من صلاحيته (الثبات والصدق)، تم تطبيقها على عينة تكونت من رؤساء الرابطات الرياضية لولاية المسيلة والبالغ عددهم (18) ، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات خلصت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: • تؤدي منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي دورًا فعّالًا في تحليل البيانات وتوليد الأفكار اللازمة للتخطيط الناجح للتظاهرات الرياضية. • توفر هذه المنصات حلولًا متعددة وسريعة للمشكلات التي قد تعترض المنظمين أثناء مراحل التخطيط أو التنفيذ. • تُسهم في بناء نماذج تنبؤية دقيقة تساعد على اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة ومبنية على معطيات رقمية. • هناك اهتمام متزايد من طرف الرابطات الرياضية باستخدام هذه الأدوات، ولكن لا يزال هناك تفاوت في درجة التبني بسبب نقص التدريب أو ضعف الإمكانيات التقنية. • أظهرت النتائج أن الخصائص السيكو مترية لأداة الاستبيان كانت جيدة من حيث الصدق والثبات، مما يعزز مصداقية النتائج المتحصل عليها. • عنوان الدراسة : اسهامات منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية دراسة ميدانية بالرابطات الرياضية لولاية المسيلة أهداف الدراسة :. تسعى دراستنا الحالية إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية :  الوصول إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي تساهم في التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية.  الوصول إلى معرفة مساهمة منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في توليد أفكار جديدة لتخطيط التظاهرات الرياضية  الوصول إلى معرفة مساهمة منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في حل المشكلات التي تواجه التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية  الوصول إلى معرفة مساهمة منصات الذكاء الصناعي في طرح نماذج التنبأ لتخطيط التظاهرات الرياضية  التساؤل العام الدراسة : هل تساهم منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية؟ التساؤلات الجزئية :  هل تساهم منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في توليد أفكار جديدة لتخطيط التظاهرات الرياضية؟  هل تساهم منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في حل المشكلات التي تواجه التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية؟  هل تساهم منصات الذكاء الصناعي في طرح نماذج التنبأ لتخطيط التظاهرات الرياضية؟ الفرضية العامة للدراسة :  تساهم منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية. الفرضيات الجزئية :  تساهم منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في توليد أفكار جديدة لتخطيط التظاهرات الرياضية.  تساهم منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في حل المشكلات التي تواجه التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية. تساهم منصات الذكاء الصناعي في طرح نماذج التنبأ لتخطيط التظاهرات الرياضية المنهج المتبع في الدراسة : من المعروف أن الدراسات العلمية لن تتمكن من الوصول إلى هدفها بدقة وموضوعية دون استخدامها لمجموعة من القواعد العامة التي يستدل بها الباحث للوصول إلى الهدف الصحيح بالأسلوب العلمي الذي يضمن له الدقة في النتائج وصحتها، والمنهج عبارة عن أحد أساليب التنظيم الفعالة لجملة من الأفكار المتنوعة والتي تهدف إلى الكشف عن الحقيقة لتشكل هذه الظاهرة أو تلك (محمد عبيدات،1999، ص35). وبالرجوع إلى طبيعة الدراسة فإن المنهج الأنسب هو المنهج الوصفي الذي يعرف في هـذا الصدد حسب (محمد عبيدات) المنهج الوصفي يعتبر منهجا يعتمد عليه الباحث قصد جمع الحقائق عــن موضوع البحث، وتحليلها وتفسيرها لاستخلاص دلالتها ووضع مؤشرات وبناء تنبؤات مستقبلية، ومن ثم الوصول إلى التعميم بشأن موضوع البحث، ويعتمد الباحث في ذلك على مختلف طرق جمع البيانات. (محمد عبيدات، 1999، ص47). على ضوء ما سبق سيتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة واستعمال أحد نماذجه، وهو ما يسمى بنموذج دراسة المسحية ويعد من أكثر المناهج استخدامًا في دراسة الظواهر الاجتماعية والإنسانية، نظرًا لملاءمتها لطبيعة البحوث التي تهدف إلى دراسة الواقع أو الظاهرة بشكل دقيق. يعتمد هذا المنهج على جمع البيانات لمجتمع الدراسة، مما يسمح بوصف الظاهرة وصفًا شاملًا يساعد في استخلاص نتائج قابلة للتعميم مستقبلاً من شمولية الدراسة وارتفاع مستوى الدقة وإمكانية التعميم المباشر بما أن الدراسة تشمل جميع أفراد المجتمع، فلا حاجة إلى استخدام أساليب إحصائية لاستقراء النتائج، مما يزيد من موثوقية ودقة الاستنتاجات. وهذا ما يجعله مناسبًا للبحوث التي تسعى إلى تقديم وصف دقيق للظاهرة المدروسة وفهم أبعادها المختلفة، مما يسهم في تحليل البيانات بشكل أكثر موضوعية ووضوح. وبحكم دراستنا التي تركز على ' اسهامات منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي للتخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية'، فإن اعتماد المنهج المسحي يتيح إمكانية جمع معلومات شاملة من جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، مما يعزز من دقة النتائج وموثوقيتها. وعليه، فإن المنهج الوصفي، وبالتحديد نموذج الدراسة المسحية، يعد الأنسب لدراستنا الحالية، نظرًا لقدرته على تقديم صورة متكاملة عن الظاهرة قيد البحث. الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة اعتمد الباحث على استمارة استبيان مصممة من طرفه تحت إشراف الأستاذ المشرف، لتعرض بعد ذلك على مجموعة من الأساتذة ذوي الاختصاص من أجل تحكيمها، لتكون في صورتها النهائية مكونة من 21 عبارة تقيس اسهامات منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التخطيط للتظاهرات الرياضية . الكلمات المفتاحية بالعربية : الذكاء الاصطناعي،التظاهرات الرياضية . بالإنجليزية : Artificial Intelligence, Planning, Sports Events, Smart Platforms, Organization. جاءهذاالبحث في فصول . الفصل الأول:الإطار العام للدراسة. الفصل الثاني:الذكاء الاصطناعي. الفصل الثالث: التظاهرات الرياضية. الفصل الرابع: الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة الميدانية. الفصل الخامس: عرض وتفسير ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة . الفصل السادس: الاستنتاجات والتوصيات  من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث :  تؤدي منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي دورًا فعّالًا في تحليل البيانات وتوليد الأفكار اللازمة للتخطيط الناجح للتظاهرات الرياضية.  توفر هذه المنصات حلولًا متعددة وسريعة للمشكلات التي قد تعترض المنظمين أثناء مراحل التخطيط أو التنفيذ.  تُسهم في بناء نماذج تنبؤية دقيقة تساعد على اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة ومبنية على معطيات رقمية.  هناك اهتمام متزايد من طرف الرابطات الرياضية باستخدام هذه الأدوات، ولكن لا يزال هناك تفاوت في درجة التبني بسبب نقص التدريب أو ضعف الإمكانيات التقنية.  أظهرت النتائج أن الخصائص السيكو مترية لأداة الاستبيان كانت جيدة من حيث الصدق والثبات، مما يعزز مصداقية النتائج المتحصل عليها. أهم التوصيات :في ضل النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال هذا البحث المتواضع بجانبيه النظري والتطبيقي ارتأينا أن نختمه ببعض الاقتراحات والتوصيات، والتي سنوجزها فيما يلي:  دراسة دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز كفاءة الموارد البشرية في المجال الرياضي.  التوسع في البحث حول العلاقة بين الذكاء الاصطناعي والتسويق الرياضي الرقمي أثناء التظاهرات.  استكشاف تجارب دولية مقارنة في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنظيم الأحداث الرياضية الكبرى.  تحليل القيود الأخلاقية والقانونية لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الرياضي.  بحث دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في إدارة الأزمات والطوارئ خلال التظاهرات الرياضية. تطوير أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي محلية تلائم خصوصية الرابطات الرياضية الجزائرية واحتياجاتها Searchlight in English Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical Activities Department: Sports Management and Administration Serial Number: / Registration Number: 201735104066 Student: Dachicha mustapha Defense Date: June 4, 2025 Thesis Title: The Contributions of Artificial Intelligence Platforms in Planning Sports Events A Field Study of the Sports Leagues in the Wilaya of M’sila Thesis Language: Arabic Thesis Type: Master’s Degree Country: People's Democratic Republic of Algeria – Wilaya of M’sila University: Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Makhlouf Menjahi Number of Pages: 96 pages Electronic File: (Word, PDF) Field of Study: Sports Management and Administration Specialization: Management of Sports Facilities and Human Resources Abstract (in Arabic): This study aimed to identify the contributions of artificial intelligence platforms in the planning of sports events: "A field study of the sports leagues in the Wilaya of M’sila." To achieve this goal, the descriptive method was used. After verifying its validity (reliability and accuracy), it was applied to a sample consisting of 18 presidents of sports leagues in the Wilaya of M’sila. After statistical data processing, the study reached the following conclusions: • AI platforms play an effective role in data analysis and in generating necessary ideas for successful planning of sports events. • These platforms provide multiple and rapid solutions to problems that organizers may encounter during the planning or implementation phases. • They contribute to building accurate predictive models that assist in informed decision-making based on digital data. • There is increasing interest among sports leagues in using these tools; however, disparities in adoption remain due to a lack of training or weak technical infrastructure. • The results showed that the psychometric properties of the questionnaire tool were good in terms of reliability and validity, enhancing the credibility of the obtained results. Research Methodology: Scientific research cannot reach its objectives accurately and objectively without relying on general principles that guide the researcher in a scientific manner to obtain valid and accurate results. Given the nature of this study, the most appropriate approach is the descriptive method. According to Mohammad Obeidat (1999, p. 47), the descriptive method is used to collect, analyze, and interpret data to draw indicators and make future predictions, eventually leading to generalizations about the research subject. In light of this, the descriptive survey method will be used, which is one of the most widely employed methods in studying social and human phenomena. It allows for comprehensive data collection from the entire study population, which eliminates the need for statistical extrapolation and enhances the reliability and accuracy of the conclusions. Since this study focuses on "The Contributions of AI Platforms in Planning Sports Events," the survey method enables the gathering of comprehensive information from all members of the study population, ensuring accurate and reliable results. Research Tools: The researcher used a questionnaire form designed under the supervision of the thesis advisor. It was reviewed by a panel of experts in the field. The final version consisted of 21 statements assessing the contributions of AI platforms in planning sports events.
