Abstract
ملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على منطق المصلحة الوطنية في العلاقات الإسرائيلية التركية وتفسير نوع العلاقة بين هذين الطرفين؛ إضافة إلى التعرف على استراتيجيات إسرائيل وتركيا في العلاقة التي تجمعهما من جميع النواحي (الاقتصادية، العسكرية، السياسية...)، حيث تم التوصل من خلال فرضيات الدراسة إلى أن سيطرة منطق المصلحة الوطنية في العلاقات الدولية بين تركيا وإسرائيل أدى إلى حالة من الضبابية والتشابك وعدم الوضوح مما يؤدي إلى الديناميكية وعدم الثبات في السلوكات والتفاعلات بين الوحدات الدولية داخل المجتمع الدولي، كما أن طبيعة العلاقات الثنائية بين إسرائيل وتركيا هي علاقة متداخلة بسبب ترابطها وتأثرها بالمحددات الراسمة للعلاقة كالبعد التاريخي المعقد من جهة والبعدين الإقتصادي والعسكري من جهة أخرى الذي ينظم العلقة ويوازن بين متغيري التعاون والنافس ضمن منطق المصلحة الوطنية. كما تم التوصل فيهذ الدراسة إلى أن الشرق الأوسط هو النموذج الأمثل لتطبيق العلاقة بين كل من إسرائيل وتركيا باعتبارها منطقة استراتيجية وتعتبر لكليهما منطقة تأثير مباشر.

Abstract
This study goals to examine the logic of the national interest in the Israeli-Turkish relations and to explain the type of relationship between these two parties. In addition, the Israeli and Turkish strategies have been identified in the relationship that they bring together in all aspects (economic, military, political ...) The hypothesis of the study that the control of the logic of the national interest in international relations between Turkey and Israel led to a state of confusion and confusion and lack of clarity, which leads to the dynamics and instability in the behavior and interactions between international units within the international community, and the nature of bilateral relations between Israel Turkey is an interconnected relationship because of its interdependence and its impact on the graphic determinants of the relationship, such as the complex historical dimension on the one hand, and the economic and military dimensions on the other, which regulate the relationship and balance between the variables of cooperation and the spirit within the logic of the national interest. The study also found that the Middle East is the ideal model for applying the relationship between Israel and Turkey as a strategic area and both are considered a direct impact area.
