Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة فعالية األداء الوظيفي في ظل رقمنة قطاع التضامن بمديرية النشاط االجتماعي
والتضامن لوالية المسيلة، بحيث تتضمن فعالية األداء الوظيفي والرقمنة استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية لتحسين
كفاءة وإنتاجية الموظفين داخل المديرية أو المؤسسة، تشمل الرقمنة تحويل العمليات التقليدية إلى عمليات
رقمية باستخدام أدوات مثل البرمجيات المتقدمة والذكاء االصطناعي، والدراسة الموسومة بـ: كيف ساهمت
الرقمنة في نجاح فعالية األداء الوظيفي بمديرية النشاط االجتماعي والتضامن لوالية المسيلة )-0202
0202(؟
من خالل دراستنا هذه خلصنا إلى أن الرقمنة ساهمت وبشكل كبير في نجاح فعالية األداء الوظيفي
داخل مديرية النشاط االجتماعي والتضامن لوالية المسيلة، نظرا لجملة المجهودات الجبارة التي قام بها
موظفي المديرية بالتعاون مع مختلف األعوان اإلداريين والتقنيين السامين للبلديات والخاليا الجوارية للوالية،
بما فيها موظفي وأعوان المراكز والمؤسسات التابعة للمديرية، ونجاح عملية تحويل تسيير ملف منحة
المعوقين%111 من مديرية النشاط االجتماعي إلى وكالة التنمية االجتماعية)فرع باتنة(.
من هذا المنطلق توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية:
- تساهم الرقمنة في زيادة فعالية األداء الوظيفي وسرعة انجاز المهام من طرف الموظفين.
- تساهم البيانات الرقمية في زيادة جودة الخدمات المقدمة لألشخاص المعوقين.

Study summary:
This research aims to study the effectiveness of job performance in light of the
digitization of the solidarity sector in the Directorate of social Activities and Solidarity in the
state of M’sila, so that the effectiveness of job performance and digitization includes the use of
digital technology to improve the efficiency and productivity of employees within the directorate
of institution, Digitization includes transforming traditional processes into digital processes
advanced tools such as software and artificial inteligence , The study is titled : " How did
digitization contribute to the success of the effectiveness of job performance in the Directorate of
social Activities and Solidarity (2014-2024)for the state of M’sila ? "
Through our study , we concluded that digitization significantl contributed to the success of the
effectiveness of job performance within the Directorate of Social Activities and Solidarity in the
state of M’sila, this success is due to tremendous efforts made by the employees of the
derectorate in cooperation with various senior administrative and technical personnel of the
municipalities and neighboring cells of the state ,including the employees and agents of the
centers and institutions affiliated with the directorate, and the success of the process of
transferring the management of disability grant 111%file from the directorate of social activity
to the social development agency (Batna Branch).
From this standpoint, we reached the following results :
1-Digitization contributes to increasing the effectiveness of job performance.
