Abstract
The study we have on foreign investment came from the perspective
of the public transactions system in Algeria between restriction and
stimulation, where we tried to explain the laws and decrees regulating the
investment sector and encouraging foreign investment in addition to
encouraging investors, whether foreign or local, and we concluded in the
end that the Algerian state has put in place all measures to In order to grant
the largest number of investments, in order to push the economy forward.
