Abstract
هدفت الدراسة المعنونة بــ " الضغوط المهنية وعلاقتها بالأداء التدريسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائيالى: التعرف على مستوى كل من الضغوط المهنية والاداء التدريسي لدى الاساتذة، وكذا الفروق بين الاساتذة في كلا المتغيرين تبعا لمتغير الجنس،والكشف على العلاقة بين الضغوط المهنية والأداء التدريسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة( 120) أستاذا ببعض مدارس بلدية عين الخضراء، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، ولجمع البيانات تم تطبيق مقياس الضغوط المهنية الذي أعده عسكر وآخرون (1986)، ومقياس الأداء التدريسي المعد من طرف آسيا قاضي (2018) ، وبعد تحليل البيانات بالاعتماد على الأسلوب الكمي وباستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية نسخة spss2 أسفرت النتائج على:
- مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي متوسط.
- مستوى الاداء التدريسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي مرتفع.
- لا توجد فروق بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في مستوى الضغوط المهنية تعزى لمتغير الجنس.
- لا توجد فروق بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في مستوى الأداء التدريسيتعزى لمتغير الجنس.
- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الضغوط المهنية والأداء التدريسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي.

Summary of the study: The study entitled “Professional pressures and their relationship to teaching performance” aimed to achieve this goal
The study aimed to identify the relationship between professional pressures and teaching performance among primary education teachers, as well as the differences in them according to the gender variable, based on the descriptive approach, as the study sample reached 120 teachers in some schools in the municipality of Ain al-Khadra. The sample was chosen randomly, and to collect The data was applied to the occupational stress scale prepared by Askar et al. (1986), and the teaching performance scale prepared by AsiyaQazi (2018), and after analyzing the data based on the quantitative method and using the statistical package for the social sciences, spss2 version, the results resulted in:
The level of professional stress among primary education teachers is average
The level of teaching performance among primary education teachers is high
- There are no differences between primary education teachers in the level of professional stress due to the gender variable
- There are no differences between primary education teachers in the level of teaching performance due to the gender variable
- There is no correlation between professional pressures and teaching performance among primary education teachers
