Abstract
This study aimed to identify the level of subjective well-being
among the workers of the municipality of Berhoum in the state of M'Sila, as
well as the effect of gender, educational qualification, and years of service on
that. To achieve this, a measure of subjective well-being was used, applied to a
sample of (120) male and female workers, and results were obtained. The study
showed that:
1 The level of subjective well-being among workers in the municipality of
Barhoum in the state of M'sila is high.
2- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of subjective
well-being among the workers of the municipality of Berhoum in the Wilayat of
M’sila due to the variable of gender.
3- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of subjective
well-being among the workers of the municipality of Berhoum in the Wilayat of
M’sila due to the variable of years of experience.
4- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of subjective
well-beingamong the workers of the Barhoum municipality in the state of M’sila
due to the educational qualification variable..

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الهناء الذاتي لدى عمال بلدية برهوم بوالية
المسيلة، وكذا أثر كل من الجنس،المؤهل العلمي،سنوات الخدمة في ذلك، ولتحقيق ذلك تم
استخدام مقياس الهناء الذاتي، طبق على عينة مكونة من )120 )عامال وعاملة،واستخدمنا
المنهج الوصفي واعتمدنا أداة االستبيان ، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن:
1مستوى الهناء الذاتي لدى عمال بلدية برهوم بوالية المسيلة مرتفع.
2 -ال توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية في مستوى الهناء الذاتي لدى عمال بلدية برهوم
بوالية المسيلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس.
3-التوجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية في مستوى الهناء الذاتي لدى عمال بلدية برهوم بوالية
المسيلة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.
4-التوجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية في مستوى الهناء الذاتي لدى عمال بلدية برهوم بوالية
المسيلة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة.
