Abstract
تتناول هذه الدراسة الدور التاريخي للطائفة الدرزية في لبنان، متتبعة أصولها، ممارساتها الاجتماعية، ومشاركتها السياسية. لبنان، الذي يتمتع بنظام طائفي معقد، شهد صراعًا طويلًا بين نظامه السياسي وتركيبته الاجتماعية المتنوعة التي تضم مجموعات دينية وعرقية وإقليمية مختلفة. تعد الطائفة الدرزية من أهم مكونات التاريخ اللبناني، حيث أسسها محمد بن إسماعيل الدرزي، ولها معتقداتها وممارساتها الدينية الفريدة. عاشت الطائفة الدرزية على مر العصور العديد من الصراعات الداخلية والنزاعات الإقليمية والتحديات السياسية، وكان لها دور كبير في تشكيل تاريخ لبنان. لقد أثرت الطائفة الدرزية بشكل كبير في الحياة السياسية اللبنانية، خاصة في جبل لبنان، حيث لعبت دورًا عسكريًا وسياسيًا مهمًا في ظل الحكم العثماني وفترة الانتداب الفرنسي. تركز الدراسة على بروز الطائفة الدرزية في لبنان، مذهبها، عاداتها الاجتماعية، ودورها التاريخي في النظام السياسي اللبناني. كما تتناول بعض الأحداث التاريخية الهامة مثل تمرد الدروز ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي وتأثيراتهم على النظام السياسي في لبنان حتى عام 1982. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والمقارن لتقديم فهم شامل حول رحلة الدروز التاريخية وأثرهم في المجتمع اللبناني.
This study delves into the historical role of the Druze community in Lebanon, tracing their origins, social practices, and political involvement. Lebanon, a country with a complex sectarian structure, has witnessed a long-standing struggle between its political system and the diverse social fabric comprising various religious, ethnic, and regional groups. The Druze community, established by Muhammad bin Ismail al-Drusi, has been a significant part of Lebanon's history. Known for their unique religious beliefs and practices, the Druze have faced numerous internal conflicts, territorial disputes, and political challenges throughout their existence. The Druze community became politically influential, particularly in Mount Lebanon, where their presence and military influence played a crucial role in shaping Lebanon's political structure during the Ottoman and French Mandate periods. The study focuses on the emergence of the Druze in Lebanon, their religious sect, social traditions, and their historical role in Lebanon's political landscape. It also addresses key historical events, such as the Druze rebellion against French colonial rule and their impact on Lebanon's political system up until 1982. The research utilizes descriptive, analytical, and comparative methodologies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Druze's historical journey and their influence on Lebanese society.
