Abstract
ملخص الدراسة:
هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة الإرث الامومي التقمصي ومعاش العقم لدى الأمهات المتبنيات عبر المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة والاختبارات الاسقاطية الرورشاخ وتفهم الموضوع باتباع المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة، لحالتين (44 .47 سنة) تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية وهن نساء عقيمات متبنين لاطفال داخل وخارج عائلي.
والذي اسفرت نتائجه عن:
1) ظهر الإرث الامومي التقمصي لدى الأمهات المتبنيات بصورة هشة نظرا للاحتفاظ بالتقمص الصراعي للام والذي كان سلبيا ومكثفا.
2) تميزت خصوصية معاش العقم لدى الأمهات المتبنبات بالجرح النرجسي الذي لم يتجاوز.
3) اظهرت النساء العقيمات توظيف نفسي مرضي متنوع بين العصابات والحالات الحدية من خلال الاعدادات الدفاعية الصلبة والغير مرنة.

Summary:
This study aimed to explore the introjective maternal legacy and the lived experience of infertility among adoptive mothers. The clinical approach was based on case study methodology, employing semi-structured clinical interviews as well as projective tests — the Rorschach and Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). Two purposively selected cases (aged 44 and 47) were studied — women who were infertile and had adopted children either within or outside their extended families.
The results revealed the following:
1. The introjective maternal legacy appeared fragile among the adoptive mothers, due to the persistence of a conflicted, intense, and predominantly negative identification with their own mothers.
2. The lived experience of infertility was marked by a narcissistic wound that remained unresolved.
3. The infertile women exhibited diverse pathological psychological functioning, ranging from neurotic structures to borderline states, characterized by rigid and inflexible defensive mechanisms.
