Abstract
This study aims to focus on Algerian public policy in the field of housing implemented and supervised by the government, and to examine the different housing formulas applied in the Wilaya of M'sila from 2010 to 2024. according to the demands of different segments of society: public rental housing, assisted promotional housing, sale-rental housing AADL, the National Agency for Rural Housing Development, social participatory housing, as well as the newly introduced subsidized rural housing formula like all the Wilayas of the country, the Wilaya of M'sila has experienced a significant housing shortage for various reasons.
