| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تأثير التحول الرقمي وانعكاسه في تطبيق الجودة في مرحلة التعليم االبتدائي، وذلك من خالل استجالء واقع رقمنة قطاع التربية والتعليم في الجزائر، والذي كان من أولويات وزارة التر بية الوطنية في اآلونة األخيرة بغية االنتقال الفعلي إلى مجال التسيير الرقمي، ليصبح ممارسة فعلية في كل المصالح البيداغوجية واإلدارية، وهذا ما يعزز وجود معيار جودة التعليم وضرورته في المؤسسات التعليمية... فقد سعت الجزائر لتحقيقه وهو ما يستدعي إعادة النظر في الواقع المعاش لمنظومتنا التربوية بالفحص والتدقيق لمختلف العمليات والمعايير شكال ومضمونا، ووضع طرق وأساليب عملية كالتدريب الفعلي وتأهيل المورد البشري وتوفير اإلمكانيات المادية لمسايرة التحوالت الرقمية واالرتقاء باألعمال المطلوبة في سياق تحقيق االحترافية والجودة. Study summary: This study aimed to reveal the impact of digital transformation and its reflection in the application of quality in primary education In order to clarify the reality of the digitization of Algeria's education sector, which has recently been one of the priorities of the Ministry of National Education for the effective transition to digital governance to become an effective exercise in all pedagogical and administrative interests, thereby reinforcing the existence of the standard of quality and necessity of education in educational institutions... Algeria has endeavoured to achieve this. This calls for a review of the pensionable realities of our educational system by examining and examining the various processes and standards in both form and content, developing practical methods and methods such as effective training, qualifying the human resource, providing the material means to keep pace with digital transformations and upgrading the work required in the context of achieving professionalism and quality. | en_US |
