Abstract
This study aimed to determine the extent to which the part-time, workers
indefinite-term contract system affects achievement motivation among employed
under this type of work system, The study sample for which we conducted this
research included (50 male and female workers), selected randomly, To achieve
the study objectives, the researcher used a questionnaire to collect the necessary
data, The questionnaire included (20 items) distributed across two axes. The
researcher also used the descriptive approach to analyze the phenomenon under
study, The study concluded with a set of results, as follows:
• There is a mutual influence between achievement motivation and part-time,
indefinite-term contract work.
• The indefinite-term contract work system affects achievement motivation both
positively and negatively, depending on the nature of the intervening factors and
their degree of availability.
