Abstract
تعتبر جرائم تقنية المعلومات واحدة من أكبر الجرائم التي شهدها العالم، نظرا لتطورها
السريع، التي مست جميع جوانب الحياة منها: االجتماعية، االقتصادية ،... وتنقسم الى
جرائم تتم بواسطة تقنية المعلومات ألن النظام المعلوماتي يعتبر وسيلة لتنفيذ الجريمة،
ويسهل فيها الحاسوب اآللي نتيجتها االجرامية، وجرائم المساس بأنظمة المعالجة اآللية
للمعطيات التي خص لها المشرع قسم خاص بها في قانون العقوبات، وهي مجمل
االعتداءات التي تتم على المعطيات داخل األنظمة المعلوماتية

Summary
Information technology crimes are considered one of the greatest crimes
the world has witnessed due to their rabid development trhat covers all aspects of
lif, including social and economic ones.
They are divided into crimes carried out by information technology
because the information system is considered a means of carrying out the crime,
and the computer facilitaties its criminal outcome, and crimes of harming the out
mated data processing system that are specific to the projects have their own
section in the penal code, and they are the totality of the attacks that are carried
out by the data within the information system
