| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر جرائم تقنية المعلومات واحدة من أكبر الجرائم التي شهدها العالم، نظرا لتطورها السريع، التي مست جميع جوانب الحياة منها: االجتماعية، االقتصادية ،... وتنقسم الى جرائم تتم بواسطة تقنية المعلومات ألن النظام المعلوماتي يعتبر وسيلة لتنفيذ الجريمة، ويسهل فيها الحاسوب اآللي نتيجتها االجرامية، وجرائم المساس بأنظمة المعالجة اآللية للمعطيات التي خص لها المشرع قسم خاص بها في قانون العقوبات، وهي مجمل االعتداءات التي تتم على المعطيات داخل األنظمة المعلوماتية الكلمات المفتاحية: جرائم تقنية المعلومات؛ الجرائم االلكترونية؛ الجوانب الموضوعية؛ نظام المعالجة اآللية للمعطيات.
