dc.description.abstractIn its functional legislation, the Algerian legislator approved five (05) basic legal situations in which a public employee may exist during his career path, which are service status, assignment status, out-of-framework status, referral status, and national service status. It can be said that these positions are of great importance in the field of public service, as they are considered a tool to motivate the employee and raise his efficiency, which leads to the improvement of the public service.en_US
