| dc.description.abstract | يعد العنصرالبشري الركيزة الأساسية في المؤسسة وهو أهم مورد بعد توفر وسائل الإنتاج فان توفرت له الظروف المناسبة وكذا الرغبة في النشاط قد نجحت المؤسسة في كسبه والعكس إذا لم يحضى بمحيط عمل مريح وهنا تظهر لنا أهمية الحوافز الكبيرة كمنشط ومؤثر على سلوك الفرد لذلك يجب على المؤسسة أن تعمل جاهدة على مراعات هذا السلوك والتحكم فيه بطريقة إيجابية من أجل تحفيف أهدافها ،فالتحفيز هو النشاط الذي يقوي العلاقة بين العاملين فيما بينهم وبين العاملين والمؤسسة .
