| dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to demonstrate the role of e-administration in improving public service through a field study in the municipality of M'sila, where the questionnaire tool was used as a tool to collect primary data for the study on a sample consisting of 34 employees. The study reached several results, including: the municipality of M'sila is implementing e-administration to a high degree in its dimensions (technological, security, human), and that the public service in the municipality is characterized by a high degree of quality, in addition to the existence of a positive impact of eadministration in its three dimensions (technological, security, human) on public service in the municipality of M'sila. | |
