Abstract
تعد المؤسسة الوقفية معيا ار ال ي القتصادي، فيي الممول
الرئيسي لمكثير من القطاعات كالتعميم وتمويل المشاريع الحيوية التي بيا تصمح حياة الفرد
والمجتمع، وال يتأتى إال بصالح ىذه المؤسسة من خالل األحكام الناظمة ليا والقوانين التي
كميا في تسيير مواردىا المالية باختالف أنواعيا ومصادرىا.

Abstract
