| dc.description.abstract | تعد المؤسسة الوقفية معيا ار ال ي القتصادي، فيي الممول الرئيسي لمكثير من القطاعات كالتعميم وتمويل المشاريع الحيوية التي بيا تصمح حياة الفرد والمجتمع، وال يتأتى إال بصالح ىذه المؤسسة من خالل األحكام الناظمة ليا والقوانين التي كميا في تسيير مواردىا المالية باختالف أنواعيا ومصادرىا. ُّ تحكميا ومدى تح ورغم ما تعانيو المؤسسة الوقفية في الجزائر بعد ما كانت رائدة في ىذا المجال نتيجة السياسة اإلستدمارية الممنيجة لمتخمص من ىذا الموروث الحضاري التكافمي فميس مستحيال النيوض من جديد وبعث الروح في المؤسسة الوقفية الجزائرية والرجوع إلى سابق عيدىا. الكممات المفتاحية: تسيير األمالك الوقفية، تاريخ الوقف، ناظر الوقف، قانون األوقاف.
