dc.description.abstractthe debilitating political situation in Russia as a result of the disintegration of the former Soviet Union, which worked on a set of reforms and changes in Russian political thought that affected many areas, especially the social (communist) thought rooted in the Russian people of all sects and beliefs, which restored It revives Russia internally and externally. Putin knew how to exploit the natural components and resources that Russia possesses, especially the energy, technological and technical ones, and he was able to advance the country’s development policy, especially the industrial ones such as the military industry, in addition to controlling nuclear and space technology, and with this Russia can maintain its international standing. After improving Russia's internal conditions, the latter realized that it needed to build cooperative relations with other countries, and that it needed to restore the countries that had previously belonged to the Soviet Union, or the countries that were following its approach, in order to remove Western thought and its expansion, and also for the interests of Russia. Vital Russia, especially the countries of the near abroad and the countries of the Middle East, in order to also protect its national security Russia's new strategy in its international relations, which depends on cooperation without politicization, balanced forces, and a return to equality with others in the international political movement. Calling on Russia to strengthen the central role played by the United Nations in all matters related to maintaining international peace and security and resolving outstanding issues between countries. Openness to the West to return to the international system while preserving Russian identity as a principle, in light of international multipolarity instead of unilateralism. 62 - Recommendations: Russia must move beyond the framework of normal trade exchange into complementary ties by creating opportunities for cooperation with the West despite the existing differences between the two parties.
