Abstract
يعتبر عمل الزوجة من المواضيع التي تناولها المشرع الجزائري في قوانينه منها
قانون الأسرة الجزائري فيما يتعلق بباب الاشتراط المادة (19 قانون الأسرة الجزائري)
للزوجة أن تشترط العمل في عقد الزواج، وعلى الزوج احترام هذا الشرط في حالة مخالفته
يمكن لها طلب التطليق والتعويض بنص المادة 53 قانون الأسرة الجزائري ونرى أن
الشريعة الإسلامية ساندت حق الزوجة في العمل وفق شروط معينة وجب على المرأة
الانضباط فيها حسب رأي معظم فقهاء الشريعة.
Abstract
The work of the wife is one of the subjects dealt with by the Algerian legislature, including the Algerian Family Code, in relation to the requirement of the requirement of the marriage (art. 19) of the Algerian Family Code), for which the husband must respect this requirement in case of violation, which can request for divorce and compensation in the text of article 53 of the Algerian Family Code. We believe that the Islamic law supported the wife's right to work according to Certain conditions in which women must be disciplined according to most sharia scholars.
