| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر عمل الزوجة من المواضيع التي تناولها المشرع الجزائري في قوانينه منها قانون الأسرة الجزائري فيما يتعلق بباب الاشتراط المادة (19 قانون الأسرة الجزائري) للزوجة أن تشترط العمل في عقد الزواج، وعلى الزوج احترام هذا الشرط في حالة مخالفته يمكن لها طلب التطليق والتعويض بنص المادة 53 قانون الأسرة الجزائري ونرى أن الشريعة الإسلامية ساندت حق الزوجة في العمل وفق شروط معينة وجب على المرأة الانضباط فيها حسب رأي معظم فقهاء الشريعة.
