Abstract
مع التطور التكنولوجي الحديث واعتماد التعاملات الاجتماعية، التجارية و السياسية الشبكة المعلوماتية ، انتشرت الجريمة الإلكترونية بشكل كبير وأصبحت واقعا مفزعا يهدد العالم بأسره، فالمجرم الإلكتروني يمتاز بالمهارة والذكاء والسرعة في تنفيذ الجريمة ،ومع صعوبة اكتشافها وتحديد البيئة الرقمية التي تنفذ فيها الجريمة ، أضحت كافة الدول عامة والجزائر خاصة في حيرة من هاته الجريمة وكيفية سن قوانين تحد منها أو تقلل منها.
Abstract:
With the development of modern technology and the adoption of social and commercial transactions and politics on the, internet electronic crime has spread widely, it has become a terrible reality that threatens the whole world, the cybercriminal is characterized by skill intelligence and speed in executing the crime, and with the difficulty of discovering it and determining the digital environment in with it is implemented.
