| dc.description.abstract | مع التطور التكنولوجي الحديث واعتماد التعاملات الاجتماعية، التجارية و السياسية الشبكة المعلوماتية ، انتشرت الجريمة الإلكترونية بشكل كبير وأصبحت واقعا مفزعا يهدد العالم بأسره، فالمجرم الإلكتروني يمتاز بالمهارة والذكاء والسرعة في تنفيذ الجريمة ،ومع صعوبة اكتشافها وتحديد البيئة الرقمية التي تنفذ فيها الجريمة ، أضحت كافة الدول عامة والجزائر خاصة في حيرة من هاته الجريمة وكيفية سن قوانين تحد منها أو تقلل منها.
