After the economic crisis of 1988, the Algerian legislator sought to adopt radical reforms, whether in the legal or economic aspect, so that the 1989 Constitution and the 1996 Constitution are the two most important steps embodied in the economic transformation in Algeria. The stated objective is for these bodies to contribute to improving the Algerian business climate and creating favorable conditions for receiving investors and foreign capital, given the factors that the Algerian business climate enjoys that make it in the ranks of economic leadership in the region and at the level of national aspirations, provided that these bodies also ensure, as much as possible, a degree of transparency and integrity between economic operators and investors active in this climate, sufficient to reassure them, and based on the principle of equality and justice in the distribution of investment, as well as in the settlement of disputes
