- Item - Open Access إدارة اﻟﻀﻐﻮط المﻬﻨﯿﺔ ودورﻫﺎ في تحﻘيﻖ �ﺳ�ﺘﻘﺮار اﻟﻮﻇﯿﻔﻲ دراﺳﺔ �ﺎ�-�ﺪة ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎت �ﺮﺑﻮﯾﺔ-(2024-07-22) �لي ز�ﻼش ايمﺎن ﻣﻠكي راﺿﯿﺔOccupational stress is considered an organizational phenomenon that cannot be avoided in the current era, and this has led to the emergence of manystudiesthat have focused on identifyingits sources and methods to addressit in order to control and manage it in a way that contributes to achieving job stability. This study aims to reveal the management of occupational stress and its role in achieving job stability through five dimensions:(reducing the workload, improving financial working conditions, participation in decision-making, training and training, and conflict management). The study was applied in five educational institutions and was adopted. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data. 130 questionnaires were distributed and 120 were retrieved, consisting of 76 professors, 28 administrators, and 16 professional workers. After analyzing the study data using the statistical analysis program SPSS, the study concluded that thereis a direct relationship between managing professional stress and job stability in educational institutions. The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences regarding the management of occupational stress and job stability due to personal data (age, job rank, professionalexperience). Through the study, we presented a set of suggestions related to the topic.
